I'm only working on a written contractual basis and only after providing individual offerings.
- An invidual preliminary discussion with my interested customers is a mandatory precondition
- Before working on-location, a check to the location by myself would be performed, where applicable.
- Only by acting this way it will be possible to me to respect your expecations adequately and to show you different possibilities.
- My price determination is covering lots of different parameters, like total working time (on-location and post editing), amount of total raw material, amount of required pictures, length of video, expenses, etc.
- The final pricing agreement is part of the written contract which will be issued based on a previously agreed written offering.
- Verbal given information of Dietrich Heusel Video & Photo is always a non-binding information.
- Verbal given information will not establish any legal right against Dietrich Heusel Video & Photo.
- Additional insurance and risk expenses (e.g. for conflict regions) may become obligatory depending on the type of contract and place of action and must be paid by the client in full prior to an assignment.
